Students should download the “One Tap Away” app from your phone’s app store and create a free account. To use the app for free laundry: ● Log in to the One Tap Away laundry app and make sure your wallet balance is $0.00 ● Select a laundry machine by scanning its QR code or choosing in the app. ● Then tap pay and press start machine ○ Machines may show a vend price, but laundry is free so keep your balance at $0 and you will not be charged! ● For laundry machine issues, please follow the instructions posted in the laundry room. Laundry machine work orders are submitted through a different system than room maintenance requests. Click to submit work orders for laundry, make sure you have the Washer Machine ID number.
